Agneepath Going Well On Second Friday

Agneepath was after a blockbuster performance in its first week showed a drop of over 70% From Previous Week.


As Per Early Estimate the Collections for Second Friday Will be Around 3 cr net. This is Actually a Good Figure, but if Agneepath had absolute positive review then this figure would be much higher.


A Finish Similar to Ra.One at 115 crores is very likely for Agneepath. But, Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu Releasing next week may hinder it as well.

Agneepath First Week Collections | Early Estimate

Agneepath is Absolutely Dominant in the Weekdays of its First Week. The Film is Doing Brilliantly in the Single Screens and Multiplexes are also good.


Agneepath’s First Week Box Office Collections would be 86.25 crores as per early estimates. This is a Brilliant Figure and it assures a 100 cr net for Agneepath.






Agneepath’s Lifetime Collections may just cross 110 crores. But an Excellent Second Week May Take it Beyond 120 crores too.

Agneepath First Week Overseas Collections

Agneepath had a tremendous week at the Box office in India as well as the Overseas. Though Hrithik Roshan is not much popular in overseas, still Agneepath Managed a Good Opening there.


The Total Collections of Agneepath in First Week(8 Days) is $4.75 Millions which is 23.5 crores. It is a a Good Figure and Agneepath is looking to do Similar Collections to Bodyguard in the Overseas.


The Film is looking to pick up in most markets in overseas as start was not powerful.

Agneepath First Day Collections | New Record | Updated

Agneepath has finally smashed Bodyguard’s Day 1 Record with humongous collections.


Agneepath’s Day 1 box office Collections have come at a very huge figure of 21.65 crores. This is Has Surpassed Bodyguard’s 21.25 crores opening day figure. Mumbai and Pune are really brilliant with new records there respectively. Gurgaoon and Delhi have smashed recrods as well. Performance is similar in East Punjab and WB to Bodyguard.


That is now something really brilliant and Agneepath is now on the track to set more and more new box office records within this weekend.

Agneepath First Day Collections | Early Estimate

Agneepath’s First Day Box office Collections are phenomenal, that is for sure. But not strong enough to beat Bodyguard. Thats the Story till now.


Although Agneepath is very dominant in Multiplexes but it is still falling slightly short of Bodyguard at most Single Screens. If Bodyguard Was 100% then Agneepath Ranges from 90-95%.


The First Day Collections Will Come at 20.5-21 crores as per early estimate. It May Still Go Beyond Bodyguard even if Evening Shows go much much better at Single Screens. If there is any place that will boost Agneepath par Bodyguard, then its cities like Mumbai and Delhi.

Agneepath Bumper Opening | Record First Day Possible

Agneepath has taken a Bumper Opening. Saying it is one of the best openers of 2012 won’t make any sense, but Agneepath has taken opening comparitive to Bodyguard which was Excellent.


Infact, the occupancies are 90-100% everywhere even for the early morning shows. This was also the case with Bodyguard. Though it had comparitively more shows due to lesser duration. But Agneepath Has Advantages As it is not a Regional Remake and it can work well in Southern India too. Few More multiplexes have opened since Bodyguard.






Since, its a Single Screen Dominating Film. Many Single Screens which Have Turned Digital will definitely benefit and result in more collections.


As of Now, there are more than 50% chances of Bodyguard’s Record Broken. But Agneepath May Come at 20-21 crores For sure and be the Second Best opener all Time.


It will be interesting to see if Agneepath is able to set the highest single day record in its coming days or not which is held by Ra.One for 25.25 crores.

Agneepath Advance Booking Starts at Many Places

The Advance Bookings for Agneepath has started at all major multiplexe chains in Delhi, Mumbai And Other Main Cities.


Agneepath has all the Odds in its favor to break records. Agneepath has already had the biggest ever satelite deal of India History by fetching 41 crores. Secondly, Agneepath Promo which was released on Youtube had a Bumper response with Highest number of viewers ever.


Agneepath is Getting a Release on over 2600 Screens in India. And Around 300+ Screens in the Overseas.


Since, The Advance has started today only. We Can say how good it is going. But, we will surely update you about it on tuesday when advance bookings will have to start at every theatre which will exhibit this film.

Don 2 Third Tuesday Going Good | Super Hit

Don 2 is Going Slightly Stable at the Box Office in its terminating weeks.


The Film Netted a total of 35 Lakhs which is similar to previous Monday this tuesday. The Final Third Week is still looking to come at 5.5 crores approximately.


Don 2 has done tremendous Collections worldwide and now its Liable to be declared a SUPER HIT. Don 2 was made at a Budget of 75 Crores and Has Recover Money itself thorugh Indian box Office. And Other Means Like Satelite rights, overseas Collections, etc Will Make the producers very rich !

Don 2 has done well at the box office till now and continues. As Earlier Said, its only the multiplex that are helping Don 2 Extending its huge collections.

Don 2 Wednesday Collections | Noticeable Drops

Don 2′s First Effective Noticeable drop occured today. The Morning Shows Started With Around 30-40% Occupancy Overall at all places in India.


This is not a new thing and happnes with almost every film. But For Some it starts on Monday And Some Drop ON tuesday. Don 2 Was Very Stable till Tuesday. Its Still Stable in Big Multiplexes.






The Figure For Wednesday Collection Will Come at 6 cr net for Hindi Versions and another 20 Lakhs From Regional Versions as Well.

Don 2 Tuesday Collections | Negligible Drop

Don 2 is Running Smoothly on the weekdays as well. The Film After Having a Healthy Monday With a Drop Lesser than 50% From Friday showed almost no drop on its 5th Day.


The Collections on Tuesday are 7 crores approx. This is a Decent Figure and Don 2 is Going Perfectly.






Don 2 is on Somewhat Right Track and if it is able to maintain this pace it may go above 100 cr Net Collections in India. The Overseas is also Doing Great Business.


The 5 day total till now is 62-63 crores approximately. The Week is Likely to Finish at 74 crores. This is a Good Total, Despite that its under expectations. If the Coming Weeks Perform Well, Don 2 Can Do Good Collections as it has benefit of New Year Holiday and Many Holidays in First 2 Weeks of January.

Don 2 (Hindi) grossed more than the earlier estimates as it grossed around 7.25 crore nett and did better in West Bengal and South than the Hindi belts. The all India drop from Friday is 50% The territorial breakdown of business on Monday is as follows.

Don 2 Set For A Strong Start

Don 2 is set for a strong start though it may not be record breaking. The first three day record stands at 53 crore nett set by Ra.One in October while the best Fri-Sun opening stands at 48.80 crore nett set by Dabangg in September 2010.


The 53 crore nett number looks very tough and the film can aim for the Fri-Sun record but even that will be tough. The two reasons why record breaking opening is tough is because Christmas falls on the Sunday so the holiday benefit is minimal. The second being the music has received a lukewarm response especially in the single screen circuits which has meant many single screen exhibitors not taking the film on the terms given to Bodyguard and Ra.One.






The two plusses are a superstar like Shahrukh Khan and it being an action film and these factors will ensure a big start at the box office. Christmas falling on a Friday or Saturday and hit music may have set it up for a record breaking start. The Christmas period is normally strong on the weekdays compared to other weekdays so Don 2 has that in its favour but that depends on content. The film is very hot in West Bengal as it took a great advance there especially in 3D format and that circuit could be record breaking.

Don 2 Opening day Collections to Be Huge

Don 2 is Striking the Theatres Tomorrow and has lots of expectations from it.






Don 2 Was Released in UK yesterday and had a brilliant response there. The Film Got Excellent Review From the Viewers. All Indian Critics Have Rated the Film not Less than 4 Stars.


Don 2 Has Got Excellent Advance Booking till Now. The Morning Shows are Nearly Full. The Single Screens in Minor Territories are poor but Single Screens Like “Liberty In Karol Bagh” are Almost Full. Multiplexes in Chandigarh, Kolkatta & Most of East Punjab are Likely to go 100% on Day 1. All These Factors Tell us that Ra.One Will Truly Have a Very bumper opening at Box Office.


Don 2′s First Day Box Office Collections are likely to be in the Range of 19 crores net in India on First Day. This Figure May Surely Change. Bodyguard’s 21.25 cr Day 1 Target Seems Difficult But May Be Achieved.

Don 2 3D Box Office Collections Will be Good

Although Given a Smalled 3D release as compared to Ra.One. Don 2 Is Expected to do Great Collections from its 3D Screens.


The Advance For Don 2 3d Was Started Comparitively Earlier and now has started at all places. The Screens Are Nearly Full in Chandigarh, Kolkatta & Some Multiplexes for Mumbai and Delhi. This is really a great News.


Its Assures that 3d Screens will be near to Housefull on Day 1 which is excellent. Don 2 is Expected to Put up Excellent First Day Collections. But, Will it Break Bodyguard’s record – Only Time can tell !

The Dirty Picture 2 Weeks Worldwide Collections

The Dirty Picture is Faring Well At the Box Office. Although it did not take a good opening overseas it managed to pick up in the later days.


The Dirty Picture is Going strong in second week as well. The Areas of Maharashtra, Delhi/UP and CP Berar are really strong. The Film is doing better at Single Screens too.

The Dirty Picture is Going to Get a Good Figure for its Second Weekend Box Office Collections. The Film Was Strong and on 2nd Friday and a Good Jump Strengthed it on second Saturday as well.

This is an excellent figure and has taken 10 day total to a huge 61 crores. Since, Ladies vs Ricky Bahl Could not affect The Dirty Picture and there is no big release next week. So, The Dirty Picture is very likely to surpass Rockstar at the Box Office.


The Second Week Box Office Collection for The Dirty Picture May Come Around 16-17 crores.
